Terms of Service

Effective date: November 8, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to the services and products offered by Dharma Yoga and Legal Services, LLC, doing business as Dharma (“Dharma,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. One-on-one services are also governed by a signed service agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.

Dharma is not a law firm

Dharma is not a law firm, and no one at Dharma is an attorney. We provide financial organization and general educational information only. We do not provide legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and using our website or services does not create an attorney-client relationship. Consult a licensed attorney in your state for legal advice.

What our services include, and what they do not

We do: gather, organize, index and summarize the information and documents you provide; identify missing records; and teach general concepts.

We do not: give legal advice; classify assets or debts as marital or separate; value a business or property; prepare, complete or file court forms or pleadings (including the Domestic Relations Financial Affidavit); negotiate on your behalf; recommend settlement positions; or investigate any person. Where you need a professional, such as an attorney, CPA, CDFA or forensic accountant, you choose that professional. We receive no compensation from any professional we mention.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, and for having the right to share any documents you give us. Our work reflects the information you provide and is not verified or audited.

Where we offer services

Our services are provided virtually, and we work with clients anywhere in the United States and internationally. Digital products are available everywhere.

Payments and payment plans

Prices are listed on our website or in your quote. Eligible services may be paid in full or with a 30% deposit plus three monthly installments, charged automatically to the payment method you provide at checkout. If an installment payment fails, we will notify you, and we may pause work until your account is current. Card charges appear on your statement as DHARMA PREP.

Cancellations and refunds

[REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY — TO BE COMPLETED]

Digital products and materials

Workbooks, templates and other materials are for your personal use only. You may not resell, share or redistribute them. They are general educational tools and are not state-specific legal forms.

Privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for how we collect and protect your information. Do not send financial documents, account numbers or Social Security numbers through this website, email or text.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any legal, financial or divorce outcome. Our services and materials are provided “as is,” and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
